2. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be updated on our official website.

4. Consultations

All new clients are required to complete a client intake form. Treatments like Chemical Peels require a prior consultation.

5. Products and Services

Products and services are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 14 days with a receipt.

6. Health and Safety

Please disclose any health conditions and/or medication you are taking as some services may be contraindicated.
